I work by making connections — between people, ideas and possibilities. Using systems thinking and dynamic facilitation, I help leaders see beyond their own perspective to understand the wider ecosystem in which they operate. Together, we explore how leadership behaviour shapes — and is shaped by — that system, creating new patterns of collaboration and performance.
