Over the past 25 years, I've led transformation and change programmes across the EU, US, Australia, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. These experiences have shaped a grounded, pragmatic approach that blends insight with courage and compassion.

As a senior HR leader, I was responsible for 13 strategic manufacturing sites and 14,000 people across Europe — leading major cultural shifts, business turnarounds, and complex labour relations. Today, I bring that experience to my work as an executive coach, facilitator, and NED, helping leadership teams strengthen alignment, navigate tension, and perform at their best under pressure.

I've sat on both sides of the table — as an executive, a Non-Executive Director, and an advisor — so I understand what it takes to lead with confidence in uncertainty.
